Where do you ship?
We ship to available destinations shown at checkout. If your address isn’t supported yet, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any free-shipping offers will be displayed automatically when eligible.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows appear at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes—once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. You can also check your order status from your account (if you created one).
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & refunds
We want you to love your order. Here’s how returns work for beauty and personal care items.
What’s your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible.
Are there items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry about that—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
